Terms of Service

Last revised October 8, 2026

The agreement between LBNV LLC and the business using Wiramo: what the service is, who owns the data in it, and what is not promised.

Wiramo publishes this text in English, Russian and Spanish. The English version is the governing text; the other two are translations provided for convenience. Where they differ, the English version controls.

1. The parties

These terms are an agreement between LBNV LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, which operates Wiramo, and the business whose workspace is created in Wiramo. Individual members of staff use the service under their employer's workspace, on that business's authority.

2. Acceptance

Where self-service registration is offered, these terms are presented on the sign-up form, accepting them is part of creating the account, and the version accepted is recorded. An account created administratively — by an authorised user, an accepted invitation or an owner activation — has no in-product acceptance step. In every case these terms are published here and apply to use of the service. If a business does not accept them, the remedy is to stop using the service and ask for the workspace to be closed.

3. The service

Wiramo is a multi-tenant field-service workspace for managing jobs, clients, estimates, invoices, schedules and operational updates. It is offered as a web application and as Android and iOS applications. Features may change, and some features are enabled per deployment.

Wiramo is not a payment processor, a bookkeeping system of record, a tax service, a licensing authority, or a substitute for professional advice. A payment recorded in Wiramo is a note a person typed.

4. Licence

LBNV LLC grants the business a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Wiramo for its own internal business purposes for as long as its workspace is active. The software, its interfaces and its documentation remain the property of LBNV LLC. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the service, and you may not use it to build a competing product.

5. Accounts, credentials and access control

  • Accounts are created by self-service registration where the deployment offers it, or administratively: by an authorised user in the workspace, by an accepted invitation, or by an owner activation.
  • Credentials are personal. A business is responsible for who it grants access to, for the roles it assigns, and for deactivating accounts when staff leave.
  • Invitation and owner-activation links are valid for 7 days and are distributed outside the product; treat them as confidential while they are live.
  • Wiramo support will never ask for your password.

6. Customer data and ownership

The business data a workspace enters — its clients, jobs, notes, photos, prices, estimates, invoices and payment records — belongs to that business. LBNV LLC does not claim ownership of it, does not sell it, and does not use it to advertise. It is processed in order to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The business is responsible for having the right to enter the information it enters, including the personal details of its own customers, and for what it chooses to record in free-text fields.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wiramo to break the law; to store or transmit material you have no right to; to upload malware; to probe, scan or interfere with the service or another workspace's data; to circumvent rate limits, access tokens or authentication; to resell access; or to use automated means to extract data at a scale that degrades the service for others.

8. AI features and who is responsible for the output

Wiramo's AI features produce drafts. A draft can be wrong: it can misread a screenshot, mishear a recording, misattribute a price or invent a detail. Every AI feature in Wiramo puts its output in front of a person before it becomes a record, and that review is not optional decoration — it is where responsibility sits.

The business remains responsible for what it sends to a customer, for the prices it quotes, and for the records it keeps. LBNV LLC does not warrant that an AI-generated draft is accurate, complete or fit for any purpose.

9. Notifications, email and shared documents

Where enabled, Wiramo can send notifications to a registered device and can email an estimate to a customer on the business's instruction. A shared estimate or invoice link grants read access to anyone holding it until it expires. Deciding who receives a link, and on what basis, is the business's decision.

10. Fees

This release of Wiramo is free. App billing, in-app purchases and trials are not active in this release, and the app makes no charge. If paid plans are introduced, they will be introduced with notice and with terms of their own; nothing in this document authorises a charge.

11. Availability, support and changes

Wiramo is provided without a service-level commitment. It may be unavailable, features may change or be withdrawn, and maintenance may happen without notice. Support arrangements are described on the Support page, which states honestly what is and is not currently offered.

12. Suspension and termination

A business may stop using Wiramo at any time; its last owner can delete the workspace in the app, as the account-deletion page describes. LBNV LLC may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, for conduct that endangers the service or another workspace, or where required by law. Where circumstances allow, notice will be given first.

13. Warranties, liability and indemnity

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LBNV LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost or corrupted data, arising out of or relating to the use of Wiramo.

The business agrees to indemnify LBNV LLC against claims arising from its own use of the service, from the data it enters, and from its communications with its own customers.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in North Carolina have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or to the use of Wiramo.

15. Language

These terms are published in English, Russian and Spanish. The English version is the governing text. The Russian and Spanish versions are provided for the convenience of readers, and in the event of any discrepancy the English version controls.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. When they are, the revision date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means the change applies.
