How to get help with Wiramo, what to include in a request, and the things you can resolve without waiting for anyone.
Wiramo publishes this text in English, Russian and Spanish. The English version is the governing text; the other two are translations provided for convenience. Where they differ, the English version controls.

What to include when you write
So that a question can be answered without a second round of detail:
- Your workspace name and the email address you sign in with.
- Whether you are using the iOS application, the Android application or the web application.
- For a mobile application: your device model, your iOS or Android version, and the app version.
- What you were trying to do, what happened instead, and roughly when.
- The job, estimate or invoice number involved, if there is one.
Please do not send passwords. Support will never ask for your password. Please also avoid pasting your own customers' personal details into a support message when a record number identifies the same thing.
Things you can resolve yourself
- You cannot sign in
- If your account was created for you by someone in your workspace, or by an invitation or activation link, sign in with the email address it was created for. Those links expire after 7 days; if yours has expired, ask the person who sent it to issue a new one. Where the sign-in screen offers it, you can also create an account yourself.
- Voice Import will not record
- Recording needs the microphone permission, which Wiramo requests only when you press Record. If you declined it, either grant it in your device's system settings for Wiramo, or use the alternative and upload an audio file, which needs no permission.
- A photo will not upload
- Uploads are limited to 25 MB per file and to the image formats JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and HEIF. A file outside those limits is rejected.
- A shared estimate or invoice link does not open
- Those links carry an access token with a limited lifetime. If the link has expired, ask the person who sent it to share it again.
- A document you expect to exist is “not found”
- Documents belong to one workspace. A document from another workspace answers as not found rather than as an access error, by design.
- Notifications are not arriving
- Notifications arrive only if delivery is enabled for the service and you have enabled them on your device. Enabling them in the app is a deliberate tap, after which Android asks for its own permission; if you declined it earlier, re-enable it in your device's system settings for Wiramo.
What support can and cannot do
Support can help you find a feature, investigate an error, and correct account-level problems such as a role or permission that was set incorrectly.
Support cannot see or reconstruct data that a user in your workspace has deleted. Deleting a record is done by your own staff, and Wiramo runs no automatic recovery. No recovery capability is offered or implied.
Account deletion and data requests
You can delete your own account - or, as the last owner, your whole workspace - yourself in the app under My account; support does not need to be involved. The account-deletion page linked below explains what happens, how to cancel within 30 days, and how to make any other data request.
Reporting a security problem
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Wiramo, please do not test it against other people's data, and please do not publish it before it can be fixed. A dedicated channel for security reports will be published alongside the support channel below.
